Hi! I'm Heather, a Certified Menopause Coach.
My own menopause journey has been challenging—dismissive doctors, medications instead of natural options, and every symptom imaginable: hot flashes, night sweats, belly fat, brain fog, and anxiety. I decided to advocate for myself and was able to make menopause-friendly lifestyle changes that have really improved my overall health!
I started this coaching program to help women navigate perimenopause and menopause with practical tools for better sleep, balanced nutrition, and stress management so they can look better, feel better and live their best lives!
My mission is to create a safe and non-judgmental space for women to share their experiences, gain clarity, and achieve their personal goals. Whether you're just starting to notice changes or well into your menopause journey, I'm here to walk alongside you.
